What are Happy Bundles?
Happy Bundles are monthly deliveries of age- and stage-appropriate Happy Family organic foods and snacks tailored specifically to pregnant mothers’ and baby’s development. Our Baby & Toddler Bundles change each month with foods tailored to your little one’s developmental stage, supporting them with age-appropriate nutrition for happy growing. We created Happy Bundles to save you a few errands, so you have more time for happy.
How does the monthly membership work?
When you create an account, you’ll be asked to enter your due date or baby’s birthdate and any dietary restrictions or food preferences. Your Bundle will arrive in the first week of every month. If you sign up after the 15th of any given month, you’ll get your first bundle the following month.
Do you have bundle gift cards available for purchase?
We do not currently offer bundle gift cards, but you can gift a bundle to a friend! Simply enter their shipping address and your billing address at the time of purchase, and check the box noting it’s a gift. Your recipient will receive a new bundle every month, and your account will only be charged at the time of shipment.
How does a Happy Bundles membership differ from buying Happy Family products in-store?
Happy Bundles are exclusively available here. By bundling you pay less than you would per individual items, plus you save a few trips to the store. With a new, unique assortment each month, Happy Bundles let you enjoy a wider variety of our organic snacks and foods, giving you and baby the opportunity to try new flavors and meals. What if I’m afraid of commitment?
Not to worry—you can pause your bundle or cancel your membership at any time.
How does shipping work?
Happy Bundles are shipped at the beginning of each month. After your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can check your bundle’s progress. If you sign up after the 15th of any given month, you’ll get your first bundle the following month.
What types of payment do you accept, and when will I be charged?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club. Your card is only charged at the time your bundle ships.
What is my account?
When you sign up for Happy Bundles, you’ll create an account. In your Account you’ll be able to specify your baby’s name, gender, and birthday, as well as dietary restrictions and food preferences. You can also access your account to update or change billing and shipping information, put a membership on hold, or cancel your membership.
Can I choose more than one Bundle per month?
Absolutely! You can add as many Happy Bundles as you want to a single order. If you have an existing account and want to add another Bundle, simply log in and place a new order. You can view all your Happy Bundles on your account page.
What if my or my baby’s dietary needs change?
Should you need or want to adjust the types of products in your bundle, simply log into your account to update the relevant information. If you have specific questions or requests, you can always email us at email@example.com and we’ll work with you to get it just right!
Can I pause a month’s Happy Bundle?
Yes. We encourage you to keep your Happy Bundles coming because we tailor them to your baby’s age each month, but if you’d like to pause simply log in to your account and click “cancel this subscription” at the bottom-right of your account page. A dialogue box will offer you the option to “cancel immediately.” Select this option and click “cancel subscription”—you are simply suspending your membership temporarily, not deactivating your account. Your account will stay active, but you will not receive your bundle the following month.
How do I cancel Happy Bundles?
We want you to be thrilled with the value and convenience of your monthly bundle. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do what we can to improve your experience. If you decide to cancel your membership, simply log in to your account and cancel completely or email us directly and we’ll take care of it for you.
